The Fitna of the Fakhri Owaisi Tijani Branch, The FANATICS

Fakhruddin Owaisi, Talud Dawood, Mustafa Briggs, and Zachary Wright have been vocal in their criticism of Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani. They argue that he is not a legitimate inheritor of the Tijani Path, despite the numerous isnad (chains of narration) that the Muhaddith Shaykh Salahuddin holds, which attest to his authenticity and connection to the Tijani lineage.

These critics assert that only Sayyiduna Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse has truly inherited the Tijani Gift of the Arkan Al Arba’ah (the four pillars). They disregard the clear evidence that Sayyiduna Shaykh Al Ifreeni is included in the isnad of Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani, thereby questioning the broader heritage and transmission of the Tijani teachings.

Fakhruddin Owaisi and Nick Orzech are currently celebrating Darul Ifta Egypt’s decision to remove a post on Salatul Hubb (the Prayer of Love) associated with Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani. This action is seen as a victory against Shaykh Salahuddin’s influence.

Nick Orzech has persistently labeled Shaykh Salahuddin as a fraud and Dajjal. He has encouraged members of the Fakhruddin Owaisi faction to seek international condemnation of Shaykh Salahuddin, attempting to discredit him on a global scale.

Fakhruddin Owaisi and his followers have gone so far as to promote derogatory titles for Shaykh Salahuddin, referring to him as the “Liar of Imbabah,” further fueling division and discord within the Tijani community.

Nick Orzech and Fakhruddin Owaisi are more willing to align themselves with the self-proclaimed false Mahdi, Seydi Mouhamed Elcheikh. This alignment represents a significant departure from mainstream Tijani beliefs and practices. By associating with Elcheikh, Orzech and Owaisi are not only challenging the legitimacy of Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani but also actively attempting to invalidate his sanad (chain of transmission), which is a cornerstone of his spiritual authority. This deliberate undermining of Shaykh Salahuddin’s recognized spiritual lineage and his substantial contributions to the Tijani tradition is seen as an affront to the established teachings and unity within the Tijani community.

A Question to the haters of the Muhaddith Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani:

1. Are Fakhruddin Owaisi, Talud Dawood, Mustafa Briggs, Zachary Wright, and Nick Orzech above the Shariah?

2. Does Fakhruddin Owaisi, the pseudo-Sunni scholar, have the credibility to raise accusations of abuse and harassment against women by Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin, despite the lack of evidence against Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin Tijani?

3. Who is the true Khalifa of Sayyiduna Shaykh Ahmad Tijani? Is it the one in Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, or Algeria?

4. Is the Tijani Tariqa above the Shariah?

5. Are the Awliya of Allah who were not Tijanis not truly Awliya of Allah and not deserving of respect?

6. Are the Awliya of Allah who have seen and received from Sayyiduna Shaykh Ahmad Tijani not genuinely Awliya?

7. Who is more credible to believe in: a senior Muhaddith and Mujtahid scholar like Sayyiduna Shaykh Salahuddin, or Fakhruddin Owaisi (a known reviler of the Sahabah) and his new branch of the Tijani Tariqa, along with Talud Dawood, Mustafa Briggs, Zachary Wright, and Nick Orzech, who are known for their bigotry and zealotry?
